30-Day Refund & Size Replacement Guarantee
Requests for refunds or size replacements must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. This period cannot be extended, and receiving a replacement does not begin a new 30-day window.

If you’re unhappy with your clothing for any reason, let us know and we’ll issue a refund. There’s no need to return the item—we encourage you to donate it or pass it along to someone who can enjoy it.
Need a different T-shirt size?
If your T-shirt doesn’t fit, we’ll send you a replacement in the size you need. You may keep, donate, or share the original shirt.
How to request assistance
Email contact@bdactivewear.com within 30 days of your original purchase. Please include:
- Your order number
- Whether you’re requesting a refund or size replacement
- The new size needed, if requesting a replacement
